Returns Policy

Ave Home, LLC wants to ensure a transparent policy regarding returns and refunds. This page discloses those policies (“Returns Policy”) of Ave Home, LLC in connection with the purchase of products from www.AveHome.com (the “Site”). This Returns Policy is part of our Terms of Use, and by accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof (actual or constructive), which may be given by means including, but not limited, to issuing an e-mail to the e-mail address listed by registered users and/or posting the revised Returns Policy on this page. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to maintain a valid e-mail address as a registered user, review this Returns Policy periodically, and to be aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications will constitute unequivocal acknowledgment of the modified Returns Policy and your agreement to abide and be bound by its terms.

Order change or Cancellation: If you would like to modify or cancel an order, please email orders@avehome.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel your order if it has already shipped.

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. We accept returns and exchanges on most purchases, however, due to the size of most of our items, return shipping and restocking fees of up to 25% of your purchase total may apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Time to Return Product: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING PRODUCTS: If an item arrives with damaged, defective or missing items, please contact us immediately by calling 504-459-4090 or emailing info@avehome.com. Depending on the situation, we may send replacement product or work with you to have your piece repaired locally.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
